Transient Institution - Institute of Urban Memory workshop | Markus Miessen Miessen was invited to hold a workshop questioning the plight of Berlin's somewhat over-population of artists run spaces in relation to the urban fabric in which they are situated. How can the institution become malleable? how can it respond and evoke response from a public, from its surrounding situation? Participation was limited to 6 people on a sign up basis.
